Recovery after LipoDissolve

LipoDissolve is a non-invasive alternative to traditional liposuction. A lot of people opt for LipoDissolve due to the minimal recovery time involved and the efficient results, comparable to the results given by traditional liposuction.

Recovery after LipoDissolve

The recovery time after LipoDissolve is minimal and you may get back to your normal routine following the treatment. You may feel a burning sensation in the treated areas, and this can be felt for up to a couple of hours after the procedure. The skin may also feel a bit tender, so wear comfortable clothes and make sure these are all made of natural fabrics (such as cotton), to avoid skin irritation. Swelling may be present, but should go away in up to 3 days.

If you have sensitive skin, you might also notice bruising at the injection sites, which may persist for up to 2 days after the LipoDissolve treatment. In rare cases, side effects such as nausea, fever or dizziness may occur. If you experience these symptoms, you should take a day off and rest. You can also use over the counter pain medication, if need be.

Speed Recovery

You can speed up the recovery after LipoDissolve by applying some cold compresses or ice on the injection sites. Don't do any strenuous physical activities on the day of the treatment, and opt for a light exercise program the week following LipoDissolve. During your workout session, you should wear tight equipment so that the clothes press against the skin and minimize the discomfort that is normal when you perform exercises.
