Evolence - Dermal Filler

What is Evolence?

Evolence is an injectable dermal filler which is very well tolerated in men and women, offering effective and natural looking results with minimal downtime and rare side effects. The product itself is a gel-like solution which is easily injected into both men and women to correct facial wrinkles, lines, and some scarring.

How does Evolence work?

Evolence is injected through a thin needle directly into the folds and wrinkles that can make you seem older and more worn out than you really are. The entire procedure takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete and is performed in an outpatient setting. In some cases, your specialist may numb the treatment area first with a topical anesthetic to diminish potential discomfort. Depending upon the size of the wrinkle or other depression, you may need several small injections to fill the area completely.

Evolence has been developed using a special “cross-linking” technology, which allows the product to bond with your skin’s own natural collagen. Collagen is the naturally occurring substance that helps skin retain elasticity and appear firmer and more youthful. By binding with collagen, Evolence creates a result which is more natural and longer lasting than many other filler products.

What substance is Evolence comprised of?

Evolence is a specially formulated type of collagen which is derived from pig (porcine) products. Because porcine collagen is similar to human collagen, allergic reactions are rare.

What areas of the body does Evolence treat?

Evolence is recommended for treatment of moderate to deep wrinkles, fold and lines, including hard-to-treat nasolabial folds which appear from the corners of the mouth to the nose. Evolence can also be used to successfully treat scars and other facial depressions.
