Often times we see people trying to cut-costs by going to non-certified dermatologists and physicians for minimally invasive procedures like facial fillers and laser. However, these so-called professionals are putting you and your body, face and health at risk. Be certain expert is certified and acknowledged, occurances like this should make us more vigilant about our medical pracitces and habits. Fox News in New York reported on the story saying, "State regulators also put Dr. Douglas Halliday of East Syracuse on probation for three years and told him he can only practice medicine when monitored by another doctor who periodically reviews his records.Halliday is an ear, nose and throat doctor. He was charged with 10 counts of professional misconduct including gross negligence and gross incompetence."
