Why are collagen fillers are no longer available?

The collagen fillers lasted longer and worked best for me. I have tried other fillers, but I don't like the swelling. Since I already have full lips, I'm forced to hide for two days and the fillers only last three weeks and feel hard under the skin. Can you explain if/why collagen is no longer available?
