Dr. Michael H. Gold is the founder of Gold Skin Care Center
and Advanced Aesthetics Medi Spa located in Nashville, Tennessee.
He is the author of over 75 published scientific articles.
In 1989, Dr. Gold became the first dermatologist to begin
study on the use of topical silicone gel sheeting for the
treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids. He has lectured
extensively throughout the United States, Europe, South America
and Asia on this topic. Dr. Gold also performed the first
clinical trial on the use of the intense pulsed light source
for hair removal and published his findings in 1996. Dr. Gold
is an Adjunct Instructor at Vanderbilt University Medical
Center.

Dr. Neil Sadick is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at
Cornell University Medical College. He has authored 185 publications
and has written books on hair disorders, sclerotherapy and
cosmetic surgery as well as 38 book chapters on adult and
pediatric retroviral infections, hair transplantation, lasers
and sclerotherapy. He is the past president of the Manhattan
Dermatology Society, the New York Academy of Medicine and
the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York. He is a past
President of the American College of Phlebology and serves
on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Dermatologic
Surgery. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Cosmetic
Surgery Foundation and is Vice-Chairman of the Dermatology
Foundation.

Dr. Crutchfield is a native of Twin Cities. He was born in Minneapolis and grew up in the Highland Park area of St. Paul. He attended Highland Park and Minnehaha Academy high schools. He has a Bachelors degree from Carleton College. He graduated from the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine with both a Masters degree in Molecular Biology and Doctoral degree (M.D.) in Medicine. His post-graduate medical training included one year at the Gundersen Clinic and a three year Dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota. He is a board certified dermatologist and active member of the American Medical Association, National Medical Association, Ramsey Medical Association, and American Academy of Dermatology.

Barry A. S. Lycka is one of North America's foremost authorities on cosmetic surgery, skin cancer surgery, reconstructive surgery and laser surgery of the skin. Dr. Lycka is recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta as a specialist in Dermatology. Dr. Lycka is also founder of the Canadian Skin Cancer Foundation and the Ethical Cosmetic Surgery Association. He is also author of the best selling book - Restoring Youth. Dr. Lycka also is an acknowledged leader in North America in the cosmetic surgery procedure of liposuction .He was one of the first to use the tumescent and eXtrinsic tumescent ultrasonic (XTUL) techniques. Doctor Lycka is also a member of the esteemed American Society of Surgical Professors (the teachers of the teachers) and is one of a few Canadians to join this erudite group.
