I have loose skin ("bat wings") on my upper arms and have gone for a few consults. I have no or little fat to remove but require skin tightening and have been getting conflicting opinions on the effectiveness of cool or smart lipo. Am I a candidate?

I am planning to have Cool Lipo at some point in the next few months and want to use some of the fat removed for lip injections and in my cheeks, as well. Do patients do this often and what are the results like? Better than collagen injections?
