What are my options if I am experiencing post-procedure skin discoloration with Deep FX Fractional Resurfacing?

I had deep FX laser on my peri-oral area & forehead, 5 weeks ago. My forehead has healed, but the area around my peri-oral area is still discolored (somewhere between gray & pink). Will this go away or is it permanent? I expected a 2-3 wk recovery.
