Jeffrey W. Kronson, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a well-respected physician and surgeon. He is the founder of both the Whittier Vascular Surgery Center and Gia Laser Aesthetic Center. Dr. Kronson is co-chairman of the department of surgery at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital in Whittier, Ca. Dr. Kronson is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in both general and vascular surgery. He is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Kronson is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. He graduated from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada and completed a surgical residency at the University of Southern California in 1999. He interrupted his clinical training to publish research in transplant and vascular surgery at the University of Minnesota. While there, he completed a surgical infections disease fellowship and obtained a Master of Science degree.

After completing his surgical residency he completed a vascular fellowship in Chicago at Rush-Presbyterian Medical Center and finished his formal training with an endovascular fellowship at Stanford University in Northern California.

He currently serves as Medical Director at Gia Laser Aesthetic Center, which he founded in 2007, with the goal of providing the highest quality non-invasive cosmetic facial and body-sculpturing care, with an emphasis on incomparable results and unparalleled customer service, satisfaction and value.

Other notable distinctions include:

• He is the President-Elect of the Society of Graduate Surgeons of Los Angeles County, and is a member of all major vascular surgical societies.
• He has lectured at many national surgical forums across the United States, and has authored over 20 publications and book chapters.

Dr. Kronson lives with his wife Jean, a pediatrician and their two children, Mia, three and Gabriel, one, in La Canada, California.

Chemical Peels

Multi-Spectral Imaging and Analysis for Optimal Results

A VISIA™ imaging session uses multi-spectral imaging and analysis to capture key visual information for six areas affecting complexion health and appearance: wrinkles, spots, pores, evenness (color variation in the skin tone), porphyrins (evidence of bacteria in pores), and UV spots (characteristic of photo damage, typically from overexposure to sun). Additionally, VISIA™ provides an informative comparison of your complexion's characteristics to those of other women of the same age and ethnicity. VISIA™ generates printed report(s), which you can take home, that provide details of your imaging session.
