After receiving her medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, Dr. Piantanida completed residency training in Dermatology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

She is Board Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of both the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Piantanida’s areas of expertise include general and cosmetic dermatology. Her experience includes medical directorship at The Skin Enhancement Center of Pinehurst Dermatology, NC. She has extensive experience with Botox, fillers and and numerous skin laser systems
