Fadi E. Saba is a Board Certified Internist who is committed to excellence in his medical and noninvasive cosmetic procedures. He opted for a career in family medicine because it was a challenge to learn about the health and well being of all ages and both sexes
and he wanted to help people live healthy lives. He became interested in aesthetics to assist patients with concerns about the affects of aging and those who requested assistance with other dermatological and comfort needs.
Dr. Saba has been practicing medicine since 1993, first in Baltimore and then in Pinellas County, Florida since 1996. His commitment to achieving the most beautiful results possible for his patients has earned him a reputation as a “perfectionist.”
One of the hallmarks of Dr. Saba’s approach is in considering the individual - their facial features, body structure, profession, lifestyle, age and their definition of beauty. He combines the patients’ desires to have a more youthful appearance with his experience to develop a strategic plan to achieve their goals. Because each
person is unique, his approach instills confidence.
Dr. Saba initially came across the noninvasive cosmetic procedures business by chance. His sister in France was familiar with procedures widely used in Europe to reduce the appearance of lines, wrinkles and cellulite. He was skeptical initially, but he tried the equipment on himself and liked the effect, as well as the alternative to invasive procedures it provided.
“A lot of my patients were asking for referrals to plastic surgeons,” he said. “Most often, those are invasive and costly procedures and not permanent fixes. The procedures provided at the Indulgence Medical Day Spa are less expensive”.
He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital , John Hopkins System, Baltimore, MD in 1996. Dr Saba started Professional Health Care of Pinellas, Inc. in St Petersburg in 1997. Dr Saba is a member of the American College of Physicians, The American Board of Hospital Physicians, The American College of ethical Physicians, American Medical Association, Pinellas County and Florida Medical association. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Care.
His drive is to provide the best for his patients. Dr. Saba believes that for most people, there is either a surgical or a non-surgical solution to their aesthetic “problem”. His goal is to help each individual reach his or her own goal of managing the aging process.
Cossette Saba, RN, CL, CCE, CME
Cosette Saba is a registered nurse who brings to the team a history of healthcare and business management. During her career, Cosette has managed/owned multiple employees and business functions and brings a wealth of operational knowledge to Indulgence.
Cosette is board certified in Anti-Aging.
Cosette has trained and is certified as a Medical Electrologist (CME). She provides Laser, Endermologie, and Cosmecanique services and is qualified to oversee the services and equipment provided at Indulgence.
Cosette graduated from the St. Petersburg College School of Nursing and is a member of Phi Tetta Kappa She is dedicated to keeping up to date in the field of noninvasive cosmetic procedures and is committed to offering only those services and products that have scientific support and merit.
