Dr. O’Neil is a licensed physician and surgeon in the state of California and Idaho and a cosmetic surgeon as well. He has extensive training in the procedures that he performs at his clinic. SmartLipo
Laser-Assisted Lipolysis is a liposculpture technique to remove small amounts of fat and tighten skin. We utilize tumescent anesthesia as well as sedation anesthesia with this procedure. It can also be combined with tumescent liposculpture for enhanced improvement.

O’Neil Skin Rejuvenation
The O’Neil skin rejuvenation (OSR) is Dr. O’Neil’s signature rejuvenation process that removes wrinkles, age spots and tightens the skin without any cutting. Dr. O’Neil has performed over 6,000 OSR’s since 1981, making many faces very happy!

Complexion Rejuvenation
This is a lighter peeling process for younger patients (25-40) or previous OSR patients who need a light maintenance peel. It is helpful for fine wrinkling and improves mild discoloration and perks up the whole complexion.

Rejuvenation of the Arms, Hands and Legs
This process improves age spots, discoloration and freckling of the arms and legs. Works well on skin that has had too much “outdoor exposure”, and is a must for the avid golfer, tennis player, swimmer and hiker.

Neck Lift

Liposculpture
Dr. O’Neil uses the tumescent technique of liposculpting. The technique causes less bruising and bleeding than the older style of liposuction. Liposculpting services are provided to the following areas of the body: Chin and Cheeks, Abdomen (upper and lower) Hips, Outer Thighs, Inner Thighs, Back (upper and lower), Upper Arms, Calves, Knees, Love Handles, Cheeks, and Neck.

Botox Injections

Dermal Fillers
Dermal Fillers; are safe and natural cosmetic dermal fillers that restore volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds.

Vein Reduction
Injection treatment of spider veins and medium sized surface veins. This treatment minimizes the appearance of the veins. This treatment cannot remedy varicose veins. May require more than one treatment.
