Physician Profile

Glen W. Simons, MD

Glen W. Simons, MD is a general and vascular surgeon. He received his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University and completed medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He completed surgical training at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas, Emmanuel Hospital and Health Clinic in Portland, Oregon and Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Simons was certified by the American Board of Surgery in 1996.

Stacey Hatch, R.N., Aesthetic Nurse Specialist

Stacey began her cosmetic skincare career in Southern California with Dr. Brian Eichenberg, board certified plastic surgeon. He personally trained her to inject Botox, and she performed various laser treatments in the office. She received her Restylane training from Dr. Richard Fitzpatrick, the renowned Dermatologist in San Diego, California. Stacey has had over six years of aesthetic experience including injections, chemical peels and laser treatments. She is currently an advanced trainer for Botox and Juvéderm. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Stacey has fourteen years experience as a Registered Nurse. She has also completed advance training with Lumenis LightSheer and Lumenis One.
