Michael Yuzefovich, MD

Dr. Michael Yuzefovich, known by his patients as “Dr. Mike,” is the founder of Millennium Gynecology. Located in the Mount Vernon area of Alexandria, the medical practice serves women throughout the state of Virginia, in Arlington and Fairfax, as well as the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.  He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and licensed to practice medicine and surgery in three states: Virginia, New York and Florida. Committed to advancing women’s health care further, Dr. Mike multitasks his expertise as a consultant, educator, and researcher, specializing in the health, safety and well being of women.  At George Washington University, Dr. Mike completed his residency, where today, he is a clinical professor there and at the Virginia Commonwealth University.  Dr. Michael Yuzefovich is also the Medical Director of the Gynecology Department at Mount Vernon Hospital, where his position is to build a nationally recognized center of excellence in women’s health. 

When Dr. Mike is not  busy practicing medicine, he is with his family, traveling abroad, flying airplanes, or listening to music.
