Hi, I have lots of rolling scars on my back from cystic acne many years ago. I would like to know if Fraxel repair is the way to go. If not, which treatment would give me the best results?

After IPL treatments for hair removal by a non-MD, I developed sebaceous hyperplasia (SH) 2-4mm in size in almost every cell at corners of my mouth extending down under chin & some cheek. 3rd MD suggested ketosis pilaris, but 2 biopsy confirmed SH.
I was born with a cleft pallet and I have scars on my upper and lower lip.
