Is swelling after Mesotherapy under my eyes normal?

I had only half a dose of Mesotherapy under my eyes two weeks ago. The swelling was very bad, and now two weeks later my eyes are still puffy and swollen. How long does it take for swelling to go down completely? And, if this is the effect with half a dose, should I go back?!

I have icepick scars on my face. I have done Mesotherapy, MCD and RFW, but still the scars have not been removed. A month or two after treatment, the scars go back to their original state. Can you tell me which laser therapy is appropriate for my problem?

I went for my first mesotherapy treatment at the dermatologist. She was in a hurry so I am laying on the bed, and she pressed on the injection with much pressure resulting to the L-Carnitine Dermastabilon cocktail had spurt out. To my dismay, she got the dermastabilon into my eyes, what should I do and is it not a big deal?
