You can start these products at any age- the earlier the better. Select at least one product that has antioxidants in it to combat the free radical damage from pollution. Example- Obagi vitamin C serum starting with 10% strength use once or twice a day.

You are smart to start using antiaging creams now to help reduce the effect of forces that cause the skin to age. How you care for your skin (and your general health) now will determine how well your skin is preserved in the future. Your skin is the largest organ in your body and the first defense from environmental damage. Smoking causes premature aging and is a risk factor for most chronic illnesses. Antioxidants internally and externally
may help conteract damage from free radicals caused by ultraviolet radiation and smoking.

You can start anti aging creams at any age you become motivated to start using them. Remember that wearing Sunscreen everyday is the most anti aging product you can use. The younger you start using products the better off you will be as you mature. If you can stop smoking that will also be a great advantage to you.

Many anti-aging creams are designed to exfoliate the skin (help dead skin cells flake off the surface). When the skin exfoliates, the rate at which we produce new skin cells increases and this is good for us, regardless of whether you are 25 or 55. Good skin health starts with
proper daily exfoliation and that can be done with many different products and at any age.
