Can Dermal Fillers be used to non-surgically reshape the nose?

I'm afraid of going under the knife, and just want some minor adjustments made to the structure of my nose. Could carefully injected dermal fillers work?

Fillers are great volume providers. Some key areas in the nose can be filled to modify its shape. When I encounter this "knife vs. just fillers" dilemma, I do a thorough evaluation and see if the patient is a good candidate for fillers. I also let the patient know that results are temporary with dermal fillers (one to two years depending on the filler). It's a great way to avoid a surgical correction for the right candidate.

Yes, dermal fillers can be used depending on which problem you want to correct. If there is some defect in the nose or if you want to raise the bridge of the nose then you can a dermal filler. However, if want to make the nose more narrow then surgery will be needed.

Absolutely. There are even physicians that specialize in non-surgical nose reshaping with dermal fillers. Depending on where you are located you may need to search a bit harder.
