Can I have Aluma eye treatments after having eye fillers?

I am 49 and would like to get rid of or reduce the fat pockets under my eyelids without surgery. Is Aluma a good option?

Is it safe? Also, how long do you have to wait between the Aluma sessions?

I have African American skin. I have tried lots of over-the-counter remedies and have not had any success. I heard of Restylane and Aluma, but do not know which is best for treating dark circles under the eyes. Please advise.
