I really don't know. I would suggest to find an OB Gyn that uses Botox for this purpose.

Juvederm can be used in non-facial areas although this is "off label". I am not aware of the use you suggest but it has been used for nipple augmentation and earlobe restructuring.

All hyaluronic acid fillers can be used for gspot amplification off label but Juvaderm would not be my filler of choice because of its pliability.

That's a great question and one I don't really have a great answer for. I can tell you that Allergan (makers of Juvederm) would probably say that this use is not supported by the company. My own personal belief, however, is that it could very easily be used for g-spot amplification. So could Radiesse, for that matter (again, not according to the manufacturers). I have given this some thought, because we often use a very similar product (Coaptite) as a urethral bulking agent for treatment of urinary incontinence and that is very safe and works quite well. Thanks for the "out-of-the-box" question!

I am only aware of using it in the face.

For G spot amplification you should talk to a Gynecologist or Urologist.

The answer is yes that dermal fillers are being used in some areas of the body by some practitioners. We do not have any knowledge or experience with it being used in the area in question. Understand that these areas of "off label" meaning not FA approved, so choose your practitioner carefully.
