Yes absolutely, it may take the same number of sessions as a normal laser tattoo removal according to type and colour used.

I am sorry to say, you can not remove tattoo eyebrows. Once you do it you can not have them removed. If you try to laser them they will turn a strange color from the pigment they use. They will fade on their own over time.

Yes, laser tattoo removal can work for eyebrow tattoos and permanent makeup in general, although there is a word of caution. The tattoo ink used by permanent makeup artists is generally different than that used by tattoo artists. For this reason, the ink used in permanent makeup may "oxidize" after the initial tattoo removal treatment causing it to
turn orange or brown. This in turn can lead to a period of time where the permanent makeup needs to be covered (hidden) with pencil liner. In addition, if the practitioner performing the treatment does not use a q-switched Ruby or Q-switched Alexandrite then the orange color of the permanent makeup is more difficult to remove and can take many
treatments. It is worth asking what kinds of lasers will be used and if the q-switched Ruby or Alexandrite is available.
