I have several bumps that don't go away caused by sebaceous hyperplasia. Will this treatment work on those? Can the treatment be localized to these areas? Also, I have been using Retin A Micro topical. Do I have to wait six months? Thanks.

You do not have to wait six months for treatments and we do not know
about the Smoothbeam. What we do know is that photodynamic therapy with
ALA and the Cynosure V-Star laser has been successful in our own
practice for treating this condition.
