Although not FDA approved to reduce double chins in our practice we have been able to obtain reasonable results using the VelaShape. The patient must have a realistic expectation about the results from a non surgical approach and their skin must have good elasticity for a good result. The treatment itself also requires advanced techniques and care must be used to reduce the vacuum settings while stacking tolerable pulses.

The beauty clinic i go to has the 'In-dermo plus' machine which is like the Lpg by endermologie but it uses laser. I cant seem to find much information on it though, can you please provide more information about this particular machine if you know?
