The dermatologist blue light can treat the entire face with a strong light in 20
minutes. The at home devices can only treat an area about the size of a silver
dollar in 20 minutes. To treat the entire face would take about 2 hours, plus
the light is not as strong.
I would recommend the dermatologist treatment if you are serious about blue
light therapy.
