These 2 problems should not prevent you from this procedure so as long as they are properly managed. You need to have a plan of action of what to do on the day of surgery and thereafter. If these 2 medical problems are not controlled, then you will need proper management before.

Those two things actually do not prevent you from doing Smartlipo. As long as the diabetes is controlled and your primary physician has stabilized your blood pressure, you are good to go. An experienced Smartlipo physician should have no trouble performing a quality, and safe laser liposuction procedure on you.
