No, Cosmelan does not help with this. Vitiligo normally is treated with UV treatments. Once you have completed your treatments, then if you have remaining white spots then the only treatments available would be "camoflage" which is using permanent make up to blend the light areas with the surrounding skin.

Cosmelan is not recommended for Vitiligo. Cosmelan is used to remove pigment in the skin that is darker than normal. If you have Vitiligo, your skin would be normally colored in the darker areas and undercolored in others. We do not believe the treatment would help to lighten the
normal areas.
