Does Palomar 1540 fractional resurfacing work on pores and pits on the face?

I have pores and pits on my face. Which laser should be used on thin, sensitive Asian skin that has a white complexion? Would Palomar fractional resurfacing do the trick, or is there a better procedure out there for my skin type?
