The skin naturally produces collagen. As you age, the type of collagen is not as resilient and amounts of collagen are much less and this is why you start to develop lines and wrinkles. With various fillers used, this does not decrease your own ability to make
collagen.

The skin contains natural collagen. There are regenerative processes that can restore collagen but generally speaking, more collagen is lost than is formed as one ages. This results in lost elasticity as one of the hallmarks of aging skin. Various collagen building lasers can help restore elasticity and tone to the skin. This is the aim of many rejuvenation lasers on the market and they work relatively well. Typically, a series of treatments is necessary to get
good results and the collagen building process is slow and occurs over a number of months. A laser skin center can help you achieve your skin rejuvenation goals.
