Eye lashes and eyebrows without having to get a tattoo.

I have alopecia aerata total body hair loss. Is there a way to have eye lashes applied safely and maybe eye brows? I am not interested in tatoo. i didnt know what service this would be so I just picked facial procedure since I had to pick something.
