We would suggest using q-switched laser treatments for freckle removal. Q-switched lasers are the same technology used for birthmark removal and tattoo removal so they are high powered enough to remove the freckles you have. Chemical peels would not help in removing them as chem peels only address the outermost layers of the skin and this is not where the pigment of the freckles lies.
