I have had 2 different consultations on each of these laser devices and no one can tell me the difference. I'm thinking it's in the wavelength. The Clear & Brilliant laser has a 1440nm wavelength. Does the 1540 stand for the wavelength in the Palomar? How does the Palomar laser compare to the Clear & Brilliant laser?
