How effective is Thermage for neck tightening?

I am in my seventies and have some loose skin on my neck. Could Thermage solve this problem, or is there a better alternative you could suggest?

A neck lift would be the best option. The concern we have about radiofrequency devices like Thermage is that the benefits are subtle, patient selection makes all the difference and results are very temporary. If you are looking for significant lift that will last for years, then you should consider a surgical neck lift. Good luck.
