It depends slightly on the exact location of the injection, but for the face I generally tell my patients to wait 2 days for vigorous exercise.

We recommend waiting at least 4 hours after any injection procedure before you engage in any form of physical exercise.

2-3 days should do it. Let any bruising and swelling subside and avoid NSAID's (Aleve, Motrin, etc.)

The next day is fine. Just avoid strenuous activity in the first 12 to 24 hours to reduce the risk of bruising.
