There is no predetermined amount of time that you need to wait after lip injections to eat. As long as you are not putting any pressure on the lips, you can eat right away. If you want to be more conservative, then a couple hours is more than enough.

You may eat safely after the anesthesia wears off to avoid choking or aspiration.

If done correctly, you should be able to eat right away (as soon as the numbing wears off). Eating should not affect your results.
