How soon after getting a new tattoo can you get it removed?

Also, is tattoo excision possible for a 2.5 x 3 located on the breast? If so what type of scar would it cause?

I recommend waiting about 6 months to let the ink settle before you
start laser treatments. I would recommend that you do laser
treatments since they do not cause any scarring whereas excisions
would definitely leave scars.

You can have tattoo removal as soon as the tattoo is fully healed
(usually 1-2 weeks). Scars from tattoo excision (surgical removal) are
almost always very noticeable and very unsightly, especially if a skin
graft is involved. We would highly recommend laser tattoo removal to
avoid scarring.
