Hyperpigmentation removal from face. Most effective removal method?

Please tell me the most effective and long term way to remove hyper-pigmentation from my face. I also would like to tighten the skin on my face. Is there a laser that will do both? Also, what is the average cost for the recommended procedures?

The Titan can improve sagging skin but it will not address your
pigmentation. I would recommend the Fraxel Re:fine which will address
both of your concerns. It is a series of of 3-5 treatments 1 month
apart. It has a minimal downtime.
