I am 60 and am about to undergo Fraxel for facial rejuvenation

My wrinkles are not too bad, but they are becoming more pronounced. I do have some roseacea, broken capillaries, sun damage and crows feet. What setting and what type of Fraxel should be used? Will one treatment be enough to get a good results?

If the wrinkles are not too pronounced, you might want to consider IPL which
would treat the broken capillaries and sun damage. If the crow's feet and
wrinkles really are a concern, then Fraxel Refine can be used since it does
more collagen stimulation than the IPL. Unfortunately, the Fraxel will not
treat Acne Rosacea or the redness caused by Acne Rosacea or broken
capillaries. If you decide to do the Fraxel, then you might have to do the
treatment at a lower intensity since patients with Acne Rosacea have more
sensitive skin.
