I have Rosacea and Acne on sensitive skin, what is the best treatment option?

The best and only treatment is the IPL. IPL (intense pulse light) will actively go after the blood vessels in your skin which is the root cause of your redness from acne rosacea. It will not cause any reaction to your acne; in fact, when combined with Levulan (photosensitizer) it can actually treat the acne. When you seek a consultation, make sure you ask them what kind of IPL since IPL's are not made the same (just like not all cars are made the same).

Because our office is a laser dermatology practice, we do not focus on products, but rather laser treatments. Typically patients have already tried the over the counter products and medications by the time they consider laser treatments.
