I have very deep chest wrinkles. Will profractional resurfacing help?

After 20 years of working on the water without the ability to use sunscreen, I have VERY deep chest wrinkles that disturb me every day. I just turned 50. Will profractional resurfacing help? I hardly have any facial wrinkles.

Hello,
Yes, the fractional laser would be able to minimize those deep wrinkles, however, you may need to have a couple of treatments for optimum results.
Thank you.
