This sounds like a job for Botox and dermal fillers such as Juvaderm and
perhaps a bit of skin tightening with an Infrared laser.

For the wrinkles lips, I would recommend that you consider a lip
filler to restore some of the loss volume. By doing so, this would
improve the wrinkles and you wouldn't have a "big or done" lip.
For the wrinkles around the cheeks, you can continue the Fraxel since
you love the results. You can also consider Botox for wrinkles around
the eyes. Many patients also have hollow cheeks, for which a filler
like Radiesse can be used to fill in the cheeks.
