Fractional Laser is probably better for moderate lines around the eyes. Though the combination of a Retinoid and a photofacial produces a noticeable decrease in wrinkles around the eyes as well. One or the other in addition to Botox would be the ideal treatment, if you're not averse to botox.

The best choice for eye wrinkles, also known as "crow's feet" is Botox. This will give dramatic results in 2 weeks for most people. Collagen building lasers would be the next choice, not IPL.

We actually feel that the photofacial is one of the worst treatments for this area. Botox is highly effective but if you are not interested in Botox then look to Erbium laser resurfacing, CO2 laser resurfacing or fractional laser resurfacing. IPL will not help with this area. Good
