Is it common for Blue Peels to not cause a complete peel?

I had my second blue peel 8 days ago and have yet to fully peel like I did the first peel one year ago. Is it ok to scrub my face yet? By this point last peel I had already peeled all over my face and was told I could scrub my face?

Sometimes patients have very thick skin and may not peel as much as someone with thinner skin

You should have had the major peel at day 3 or day 4. Consult with the person who performed the peel as to why this did not occur. It sounds like you only got a light exfoliation. The Blue Peel is usually done as a deeper peel, to mid-reticular dermis, which would definitely produce an obvious peel.
