Is Juvederm or Restlyane better for under eye wrinkle treatment?

I have a crease under my left eye, its not deep but still I hate it. My dermatologist said a filler would work which is best Juverderm or Restylane. Are there any permanent treatments for under eye wrinkles?

A more permanent under eye treatment would be surgery. We prefer Restylane for under the eyes, but both Juvederm and Restylane are good products and your practitioner will likely reach for the one that he or
she feels most comfortable with. We do not recommend longer lasting fillers like Radiesse in this area.

These are both good choices. More often I will use Restylane underneath the eyes because I believe it gives more correction for each syringe. The product is fuller than Juvederm and each syringe of Restylane has 1 cc vs 0.8 cc for Juvederm. In the eye area, they seem to last fairly the same length of time. I have used Juvederm in the eye as well and also like the product. I am more selective with Juvederm in this area when fullness is not the underlying goal.
I don't think you should use a more permanent filler in this area. The eye area is a very sensitive and it is more subject to over correction which causes a lump. With more permanent fillers you cannot correct this if over filling happens or if there was another mistake. With the HA fillers like Restylane or Juvederm you can easily correct this and this could be erased within 2 weeks.
