Sculptra and the Refirme laser are apples and oranges. Sculptra is used to replace lost volume from fat atrophy. Where devices like the Refirme tighten the skin. As far as which treatment works best, it depends on what your problem is. Sometimes both Sculptra and a skin tightening device are needed to get the best result. If you have lost fat and bone and have a very sculpted look to your face, then you most like need something like

Sculptra is a injectable filler that restores lost volume to hollow areas or crevices. Refirme is light-based technology that results in tightening due to regeneration of collagen growth. They both work well in what they do.
