While we are not commenting on surgical lip enhancement (implants), when we perform lip enhancement procedures with dermal fillers, we prefer Restylane.

I don't recommend enhancing your lips permanently because as you age the size of your lips change. I would highly recommend using juvederm or restylane dermal fillers which are made of hyaluronic acids that are found naturally in our bodies.It is a very soft and natural look. You can make them any size you desire with the amount of filler that you choose to put in.

Lip enhancement is best achieved with a filler such as Juvederm. There are permanent surgical implants; I would not advise going this route until you have tried fillers and are certain you like the results.
