What would you do to repair under eye skin that has been burned and damaged by the Sciton Profractional laser?

I had a Sciton Profractional treatment at the end of February. The result was crepe paper like skin, more wrinkles than before the procedure, raccoon circles under my eyes and lumps that appear to be fluid bags that will not go away. What can I do?
