Avoiding dairy is very important when it comes to preventing acne because dairy often times causes inflammation in the skin. Foods such as milk, yogurt, cheese, creamer, ice cream and sour cream should be avoided. Fried foods should be avoided as well. Vegetables are a healthy, nutritional source with anti-inflammatory agents that help with the prevention of acne.
