Interesting question! There are actually studies going on in Europe involving injection of hylauronic acid into dimples, cellulite, breasts on the body. The FDA has not approved this here so we are all waiting to see what happens overseas.

A creative injector can find many uses for dermal filler. Many are
wonderfully effective but off label. I have seen them injected in all parts
of the body but they are not the treatment of choice for cellulite.

Dermal fillers are traditionally used in the face. They can be used "off label" in other areas such as the hands, earlobes, and nipple. For larger body areas they are not typically used as the volume needed would be excessive. Fat transfers are sometimes employed for some body augmentations..

Dermal fillers can be used off the face, but usually the amount needed to treat a hollowed area will require quite a bit of filler, which can get expensive. It can be used for an isolated "divot" to smooth out an area of cellulite. It is not going to improve sagging arms, but other treatments, such as laser skin tightening may be a better choice.

While injectable fillers can be safely used anywhere on the body, they are only effective for facial applications. Not because the face is biologically unique but because facial concerns use only small volumes or amounts of materials. Fillers cannot lift sagging arms or smooth out cellulite. Those concerns are not volume issues.

I would not inject dermal fillers into the body for large areas like
cellulite or sagging arms. However, you could inject them in an area of
depression such as one made by a steroid injection or other types of
injections.
Cellulite is too large an area and it would not help sagging arms.
