I have dark circle under my eyes caused by blood vessels (purple color). Can it be treated by Revlite?

Underarm skin is very hard to change the color of. If a patient has not done so, we first recommend laser hair removal and then switch to hydroquinone. Although both can help some, the condition is difficult to treat and improvement is only mild. Revlite will not help.
