I had a child a little over a year ago. While I've lost all but 8 lbs of the weight, my tummy area is still flabby. The muscles and the skin were stretched so much that they have not gone back to their pre-pregnancy state. I want a flatter tummy but don't want anything as invasive as a tummy tuck. What's a non-invasive alternative?
I would recommend going to a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon whose practice includes complete body center. Fat can be removed non-invasively by killing a percentage of the fat cells in the targeted area with freezing (CoolSculpting), heat (Vanquish), and ultrasound (UltraShape). Many times we combine treatments to gain the best results. Even if you've been told that you are a candidate for CoolSculpting, for example, you are probably a candidate for one of the other procedures or a combination thereof.
