A burn is a very sensitive matter, and it may be best to start by seeing a dermatologist and having them referr you to a burn specialist.

TCA and all medical grade peels should only be administered by a
professional practitioner. Depending on the State in which a patient
resides, an Esthetician up through a Doctor is required. For your burn I
would see a Dermatologist 1st and if disfiguring occurs, a Plastic Surgeon
after.

Your post however illustrates that often times especially in aesthetics
trying to save money often can lead to spending far more and medical
complications that can cost far more. Good luck and hope it all turns out
ok.
